Alexandra is a Development Manager at Clēnera supporting the development of utility‑scale solar and energy projects, including Javelina. She has hands‑on experience guiding projects through land agreements, environmental studies, permitting, and utility coordination, and works closely with landowners, local stakeholders, and project partners throughout the development process. Alexandra serves as a primary point of contact for the Javelina project and is committed to transparent communication and thoughtful development that reflects community input and delivers long‑term value for the region.
